What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you received the wrong product or size we are happy to correct your order immediately.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders require 5-7 business days for processing (Monday-Friday). Please remember that all products are handmade with love and packaged by hand.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package?
After packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with UPS OR USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.
